Harrison county is flush with money.

* Just built a new hospital.
* Newer Schools.....PAID for without bonds, unlike Floyd County.
* They actually are paving gravel roads that have NEVER been paved.
* New Sports Complex.

Yea they have money...........but West end of New Albany is turning in to slums.......
