Joe Lunardi is the guy on ESPN that does the Bracketology and has the Projected top seeds, last 4 in last 4 out. This guy has Kentucky the overall #1 Seed, which I agree with, but he has Ohio State #5 overall and North Carolina #8 overall. If Carolina is ranked 6th in the latest polls and OSU is ranked 10th, how in the heck is this correct. OSU better win the Big Ten tourney and Carolina better lose in the first round for his Projection to come true. What an idiot.

They don't strictly use Voter Polls to seed teams in the Tourney.Although looking this morning North Carolina has passed Ohio State in RPI and SOS.

I understand they don't just use the polls to seed teams. But OSU has lost to Wisconsin and Michigan St at home in the last couple of weeks and continue to fall down the polls. I find it hard to believe they are the "5th" best team ahead of Missouri, Michigan State (who just beat OSU at OSU) and UNC. When it is all said and done, the Top 4 seeds will be Kentucky, Syracuse, Kansas and North Carolina. Carolina is going to beat Duke at Duke this weekend then win the ACC Tourney to capture the last Top Seed. #2 Seeds will be Duke, Missouri, Michigan State and by Default Ohio State (But it should be Murray State)

Really.....Murray State....really??? That is just crazy talk....they have beaten NOBODY all year long. No way they belong ranked where they are or getting a higher seed than ANY team coming from the Big Ten, Big East, SEC, or ACC!!!!!!! They MAY be that good, but they sure haven't proven it with who they have played! If you put them in the Big Ten they go 7-11 in the conference at best....maybe 5-13. I can see then beating Penn State, Nebraska, and maybe Iowa or Northwestern...maybe!

I have to root for another Kentucky team and no way is Louisville deserving or will I root for them anyways. That is why I said Murray State. I don't actually think Murray State is deserving of a 2 seed. They do deserve to be seeded higher than Florida and Vanderbilt of the SEC. These are the only 2 that I know will be in the tourney from the conference that I watch and Murray State on a neutral floor gives either of them all they want.
