New license today

well i did it ! got down to the marina ad my buddy says "you got your 2012 license last night didnt you....and i said "of course, what kind of dummy do you think i am, so then i said i need to run home i have to go to the bathroom, he says the marina has a bathroom, and i say yeah but they dont have magazines or the BP catalogue" buddys can be alot of trouble !

I got mine but 2 years ago on march 2 i had forgot to get them and got caught. Even though i was 2 days late i had to pay a $189.00 fine. I know i was fishing without a lic. But 2 days late i think i should have gotten a warning and told not to fish again until i had a current lic. But thats just me. Later jc
