Nolin Pre-Spawn

Just wondering with the mild winter this year, how will this affect Nolin in late march? What should I throw and where should the fish be holding at?

the bass are going to be shallow and around cover looking for places to spawn. If on the lake during this time, I will be throwing a 1/4 ounce or 3/8 ounce jig with a green pumpkin super chunk or a green pumpkin rage craw trailer. Hope this helps and good luck fishing.
