Somebody said that Davis only had 60 fouls all year.....in your way of thinking that sounds like "home cooking" to me.

The refs for the game were Lead Official Ted Valentine, Mike Kitts and Tom Eades.

Valentine officiated 20 Big Ten Games to that point and 28 other games between 7 different conferences, average of 4 per conference. Last year he officiated 20 Big Ten Games and 36 others between 8 different conferences or 4.5 average per Conference.

Kitts officiated 21 Big Ten Games to that point and 24 other games between 6 conferences, average 4 per conference.

Tom Eades officiated 9 Big Ten and 17 SEC games out of 40 games to date of the IU / Kentucky game.

Not saying the officials were biased towards or against one team or the other. But when the lead official and one of his running mates are Big Ten officials, who knows.
