Laurel Lake Report Needed

Fished 8:30 to 3:00, caught 2 over largemouth on brush hog. Threw swimbaits, floated a fly, jigs, worms,etc....Nice day to enjoy the water...

You did better than I did down there then. I only caught one bass. Oh and I did catch a trout but I won't count that

just got back from laurel and the fish are having a serious case of Lockjaw.Fished from 9am-6pm and managed a 5 pound largemouth and 2 bites all day with only the 5 pounder getting in the boat.Also a friend was their and managed to catch 1 fish that was a 4 pound smallmouth.


I threw everything i have and just could not get nothing going,Jerkbait,crank bait,worms,tubes,A-rigs,but both my fish and my friends was caught on A-rigs.

Fished from 1pm until dark. Threw everything in the tackle box also. Caught 2 smallmouth (1lb & 2lbs) both on a hair jig in 10'-15'. Plenty of trout around but everything else had lock jaw

There were at least 2 tournaments Saturday. Anyone know what weight won? Maybe I just can't fish.....

the tourney going out of Marshes Branch is a 3 fish tourney and took 13.56 to win, it was a tough day for most. I couldnt get them to chase anything.

There were at least 2 tournaments Saturday. Anyone know what weight won? Maybe I just can't fish.....
