If you did not go down to the Board of Registrars and register to vote after you came of age, then you are not a registered/qualified voter. That's why voter ID is required to prevent voter fraud.
And what you dont seem to understand is I know this. Thats why my name is in the book at the polling station. All im saying is some 18 people I asked today dont show an ID but I am sorry, they must have all lied to me.
