Starting Tourney Questions

I thinking about starting tournaments this year. I was trying to start small by competing in the Bassin tourneys at cedar primarily because I fish it more. Here are a few Questions:
Bassin says 70% paybacks... does that meanlike your entry fees?

Are there boat Requirements?

Last year was the first year I fished tournament. I fished USA Bassin at Cedar Creek and plan on fishing it this year...Its a good league. The pay out is determined by how many boats are in it. We won one of the tournaments and got back way more than the entry fee.. You can go to their web page and click on Cedar Creek division..Look at the rules and it tells you the requirements for boats. Hope this helps.
