I wonder if the whole Manning to the 49ers was all a part to get Alex Smith a bigger contract. Manning and Smith have the same agent, so it makes you wonder.

I see Peyton being a good mentor for Tebow...

Peyton will take time to teach a fella lIke Tim, just my two cents

Is it a done deal that Tebow is gone if Manning shows up????

They are saying once the contract is sold that Denver wants to trade Tebow. Nobody knows who would trade for Tebow but New England is a possibility. Josh McDaniels, NE offensive cordinator, was the Denver coach that drafted Tebow. Who knows? I think Tebow would be better off backing up Manning and learning for a few years

I am definitely a Manning fan but I don't know how much of a mentor he is because Painter (Colts Back up QB for Peyton) said that he rarely got to take a snap - even in practice. I believe it is because of the drive Manning has and I was EXTREMELY excited when I heard that Denver is talking to Dallas Clark and Jeff Saturday (if Saturday doesn't sign with Titans)!!!! And that we should hear something in regards to Clark within 48-72 hours.
