He seems to be talking about blacks. He mentioned black actors tv Shows and black leaders when mentioning anything other than his own ideas. So taking his racially loaded speech I say he is pissing in the wind. They will never curb gangs and gangsta wannabe's from guns. Maybe if he prosecuted criminals instead of feeling sorry for them and didn't give guns to criminals things might not be as bad??? Either way this guy must have been picked on and beat up as a kid.
