Fished from Lilly Dale up to-Geiger Island, Conditions: stained, still rising, trash, temp 62 plus.
At daylight boated 6-8 fish off a grass hump next to channel,boat in 22, throwing live-bait to 30 ish. A few 0ver 20 inches, the bite held up through a high sky. Got curious left these fish and:
Drifted those flats from Lilly Dale Main lake to Geiger, crisss crossed a track
any where from 15-25 ft. couldnt really get a target zone, picked up another scattered 4-5 fish, sometimes bouncing the bait on the bottom sometimes floating the bait. Done by 11.
None of these fish are bulging w/eggs, (except the white bass).

Guys I live here and couldnt catch fish like this if i didnt stay on the water all the time,
