    Re: Mills and Coondog

Ok did I say something wrong in my post? I did google coondog and it says its an American term for hunting dog. Its funny its only called that in America. Some of the pictures they look like bloodhounds but there was one pic of a dog who looked like a raccoon so that was cool. Now if I said something not politically correct you folks can tell me cuz thats how I learn. Its just new to me is all.

I think if there was a politically incorrect part of your post it was in referring to "blacks who talk rap."

No Miss Gills, I was referring to Coombro a member on here or was???

He busted the Louisville fans chops EVERY time he had a chance and Mills was right there with him. Kyfanatic was there with them to. When The Cards are flopping they are all puffed up like banchy roosters flapping their gums but now that we are in the Final Four they have retreated like cockroaches when the light gets flipped on.

    LOL

Gills, let me confuse you some more. My late brother-in-law owned 3 coondogs. They were Walker Hounds trained specifically for hunting coons. It was claimed by his hunting buddies that those dogs had 'bugle voices.' Coon hunts were done at night with the three dogs, a couple of buddies and a bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey. They drove into the woods, turned the dogs loose, sat there drinking whiskey, and listening to the dogs run and tree coons....most all night. Then the chore of rounding up the dogs and heading for home followed.

I'm not sure but the bugle voices the buddies heard may have been my sister screaming. Her husband paid $1,500 each for those dogs and one can only imagine all the money that was spent on building a special secured pen with its own septic tank, concrete floor, and insulated dog house.

If a coondog moves to New York, does it become a Coney Dog? Or is it just to difficult for a coondog to pick up the "NU Yark" accent?

Hey, how do you keep 5 young guys from Louisville from robbing a liquor store?

Better yet, how do you teach them to read the signs that tells them it "is" a liquor store.

Not very funny considering Louisville probably has the majority of the educated people in this state...

Oh...so sorry I'm not a registered Louisvilian. For some reason, probably an oversight, no one required me to prove residency there before I got my promotion to LTC, or GS-13, or BA, or Real Estate License. My god I feel so stupid. And to think I did all that as a native of PA who elected to live south of the the town. Man, I got to learn to read a map....it's such a cultural center.

Okay, I need to go change my Weed-Eater line now, will you excuse me?
