Rock Creek On Nolin

Does anyone use the boat ramp at rock creek with these water levels? If not what would be the best way to get to conoloway creek by boat? Thanks

Not open yet Moutardier would be the best ramp to use to get there.

Wax is open but water is low and ramp long. Moutadier would be closer by water.

I have used rock creek boat ramp but its very steep--no turnaround and probably dry at winter pool and some above winter pool
