It's been a while since I have read or found any news on the dam. I had a few questions and wanted to open some discussion on the dam. What is the expected completion date of the repairs? Isn't the repair work intended to be a temporary fix and if so what are the long term plans for the repair of the dam? With the karst topology can there ever really be a "fix" for the current dam? Does anyone see that the ultimate fix will be to construct a new dam? Just some questions I have on the matter. Being a geologist I have huge concerns about the karst and the feasibility of the dam in the long term.
