went monday the 2nd, and we caught about 12 fish with 5 fish being keepers. around 16 lbs worth, with the biggest being 3.6 lbs. caught most on 1/2 oz rattle baits on the main lake up in the muddy water. also had 2 on a jig and trailer . was around daniels creek. if you go up to danials creek be careful ,several stumps just below the surface 100 yards off the bank

True enough, corp still has the lake about a half foot above winter pool...

update: a friend of mind said his son was about 1/2 way back in upper twin branch sunday, and they caught several bass on jigs shallow.said the largest one was just over 5 lbs. also caught a few on crank baits. we dont tournament fish so we can spill our guts out. good luck

Man I Would live if that bite would still be there this weekend. Want to teach him how to fish a jig and that would be a great way to start. Did you catch many short fish? Thanks for.your reports.
