Tim I've never used the Zooms, but I've always had good luck with JWill swimbait heads on the Big Hammers...They have a really strong hook so they aren't usually the first thing to give on the A Rig, so that might be a bit of a problem

Got a bunch of new Zoom products and included are some Swimmin Super Fluke Jr.'s. What jigheads have you guys used on these?

i've got a guy, he's running the fri. Night tourns. Out of wax, he pours and sells his own, some of the stores in leitchfield and wax keep them. They are "tommy's walleye jigs" and the are
great, he only uses mustad hooks, and he's made some with a shad-like head for swim-baits. Got a great paint job on them.
He's on the nolin big bass web site, if you want, send me a p.m.
And i'll get his 'cell number... Tr
Have not tried the zoom baits, but typically just go with a weighted gami wide gap hook on swimbaits. Pour my own from a do it mold.

I use the Hawgtied tackle hand poured jig heads. Small bait company out of Indiana. Great hooks and hand painted colors. I ordered from wedofishing.com. Another really nice thing about them is he packages them 5 per pack unlike the other companies packing 3 for the same price. Really nice jig heads and perfect for Big Hammers.
Here is a link to the rigging section of Zooms site. Towards the bottom it talks about rigging the Super Fluke. Hope this helps.
