Barren?

Has anybody fished Barren lately? What areas are bass being caught in? Is fishin for bass good at all right now? What kind of baits (jigs, reaction baits, etc)? If you were to plan to go next weekend, what kind of gameplan would you go into the day using? I am planning on getting down there fairly soon and am hearing that the bass fishing has slowed down quite a bit. I am just looking for any kind of help or advice. Thanks.

Lake was rougher than a cob yesterday. Water was a brown murky color. Maybe 1.5 foot vis. 62* at 10:00.

I was fishing for crappie and only got four bites and lost one fish at the boat. I gave up on being able to fish because of the wind and started marking spots instead. While doing that I saw one boat catch a bass, maybe 2lb, of a chunk rock bank between two steeper banks.
