    Talking Striper Night Fishing Trip

Headed down to Cumberland Thur. to fish nighttime for striper on Thur/Fri/Sat. nights. Staying at Indian Hills Fishing Cabin III. Can anyone share info on the condition of the lake and where the best place may be to fish?

Points close to the mainlake with black/chrome jointed Thundersticks. Expect most fish to be 22-23 1/2 inches.

    Live4Striper,

The size limit for Stripers may have changed to 22" instead of 24". You might want to check. I have that question out on another topic in the Discussion Board. I thought the DNR was talking about changing the size around May 15th but they may have brought it down sooner.

no the limit has not changed yet. it will be made public once the process to change the size limit has run its course. spoke with district bio just a couple of days ago and he said it is still in the works.

there will be signs regarding the new size limit posted at the majority of ramps around the lake when it goes into effect.

No, when are they going to change the catch to cast ratio? In my case, that really needs some state assistance.
