I'm all for the testing and I would like to know who got tested. How they were tested? Maybe after the majority were tested we would have better data? Were these four months a sampling of all the state? Just middle-aged folks? Old folks? Kinda feel we are being misled here......of course the ACLU claims it's unconstitutional to make drug testing mandatory so a federal judge has stopped this for now.
So why is it others applying for work or possibly filing a workmans comp claim have to submit to one? It's ok to do drugs on your own time when gubment is giving you our money but not ok for a man sweeping floors, construction, professional services or stocking shelves to do drugs on their own time and work for a paycheck?![]()

It would cost a lot to administer these test to the "welfare" recipents, and yes it woul dbe more hassle than its worth, it would tie up workers, etc etc etc. And after they test the workers in Fla, who's gonne be left to do the job's, the welfare people, I doubt it. The need to revamp the whole social services programs, the food stamps, the med cards, all of it, There is a lot of fraud and the bad thing is that the gov has put in measures that makes it easy to fraud to get some benifits, hell to get food stamps all u really need is a ky id and be able to lie real well. Yes they should legalise pot, like devil horse said, its no worse than alchol. It is time for this country to change for the better and quit going backwards. Change I can belive in, well show me, Mr Prez.
