That's one of the things that got to me. We donated a certain percentage of our income to charity. In addition to regular donations, my husband has a designated charitable donation, for the poor, deducted from each paycheck.

It doesnt really matter who he gave to if it is legit does it? If you dont like who is a tax free organization then contact your congressman or congresswomen because we cant help you.
