Does anyone have an idea what the bass are doing at Nolin? Might be going this Friday.

Was there to. And would agree with the man. Ran from Iberia to red rock and saw a lot of fish stacked up on the creek still
Fished from 7:30-10:30am and 4-6:30pm on Sat and then 7:15-10:00am again on Sunday. Caught 42 with most around 13-14.75 inches and 7 keepers with the biggest around 18 inches. Every fish was caught on shallow crankbait in 1-4 feet of water but only caught them on chunk rock...thought they'd be more on flats near channel swings but never had a bite on those. However, I quit fishing'em after the first few hours and seeing that the chunk rock pattern was working. Basically, anywhere it transitioned to chunk rock, they were there. I threw a spinnerbait for about 10 minutes two times without a bite and left all the drop baits on the deck of the boat the entire time. If it ain't broke, don't fix it is what I always heard ;-)
do you know if the water level is close to summer pool yet? i want to know if my dock is in the water
10ft from summer pool.
I was there this past Saturday and Sunday and caught fish most everywhere, but the lead in banks in the major creeks held the most fish. Caught them on everything we threw - crankbait, tubes, brush hogs, hula grubs, carolina rigged yum dingers, power craws...they were hungry!! I agree with the chunk rock - had to stay near chunk rock.
