Actually, the KDFWR Commission has passed it, it was sent to the legislature in March. It is an emergency measure and if passed it will begin May 15th.

I'd like some opinions on how much of emergency there is. I haven't fished a lot but it seems that last year's 23 inch fish are growing now as well as last years 18-20 inch fish. Did they way over stock that class? I do agree they were stunted some last year, but I don't see where they still are.

I wouldn't mind a seasonal drop for summer, but as a all year long change, I'm just not quite sure. I do know they know much more on it than me, so maybe someone can tell me what that reasoning is.
