Congrats Ryan, nice job. Buddy of mine that is one of your coworkers runs it every year. He ran today, but not sure what his time was. Do you know Trever Blakely?

Well I was a little faster the last time I ran it 12 years ago. But I ran the mini in just under 2 hours today. A lot slower than when I was in my 20's but hey, I had fun and lost 20# along the way. I turned 40 this year not bad for an ol' beer drinkin fishermen.
Thanks to my wife for watching the kids while I trained.
A little sore but nothing a "little hydration" can't cure.

I know the name. But can't put a face with it. It was a great day to run. The new course %^^(. Too many turns and going through the track is a big ol pain. Too narrow and dark going through the tunnels.
But, all in all it is a great day.
My hats off to the LFD they pushed some kids in wheel chairs through the race. Many looked like they had CP. Those are the real winners. We were on the way out when they crossed the line. Very inspiring to see those kids and feel very blessed.
Nice job Ryan!!! Seeing less fortunate folks, especially kids makes you appreciate all you have. Kudos to the LFD for their efforts as well!
