Well, with the lake as down as much as it is the mud flats have turned into the "grass flats"!! Got over to Walnut Creek launch around 9:30 and headed out... Run to my favorite flat and it was green with vegetation!!! Start to see major splashing up in the creek and then start noticing more and more splashing up in the vegetation against the bank.... Man, these guys are spawning like crazy!!! I've never seen anything like it!! Hundreds of fish!! Crazy!!

It was pretty windy so I decided to run to the opposite side of the lake and get out of the wind. Found some fish that decided it was time to eat instead of spawn..... Got on some fishing tailing and mudding around. Got 3 in the boat and lost 1 at the boat! Spooked the crap out of a bunch of fish too!

Fun day on the water!!!
