Those weeds are not aquatic in nature, therefore they won't survive.

I was driving by the lake the other day and noticed that at the first bridge (skaggs creek) on 31-e, where the water is way down, that there is plenty of grass growing all over the place? My questions are, 1) Is there normally grass up in this area? 2) Will the grass remain once the water rises and the lake gets towards summer pool? Sounds to me like all the fishing will get a lot better on Barren if we get some vegetation in it.

Carp sure are having a good time in it right now!
No grass on Barren. No aquatic grass anyway. It will die.
