Seems to me your anger is misplaced. The illegals are just taking easy money, you should be highly peeved about the tax system that allows this to happen. This loophole won't be getting fixed any time soon, this is Mr. Obama's election year.

Under the current federal tax system, a person can get a tax 'refund' of far more than they paid in to begin with. There'll be no fix for this either, any pol who points this stupidity out will be branded a hater of the poor.

The tax system overall is an absolute wreck. The federal income tax which was instituted as a 'temporary' measure has grown to volumes of rules and the huge bureaucracy that is the IRS.

This was posted to try to make Obama look like a poster boy for illegal immigration, and we ALL know he is NOT.

* If he was against illegal immigration, the DREAM Act would not get out of committee.

* If he was against illegal immigration, Sanctuary cities would be a thing of the past.

* If he was against illegal immigration, the Justice Dept would NOT be suing Arizona right now.

* If he was against illegal immigration, he would have FUNDED building the fences.

Your 3 links do NOTHING to convince me that Obama is really pushing against illegal immigration.

AND for the record........2/3 rds of all illegal immigrants are being turned BACK at the border.......USING techniques put in place by the previous administration. Bush doubled the Border Patrol, DOUBLED their funding, and deployed 6000 national guard members in 2008 to the border.

THIS is something you can actually blame Bush for........
