    Bacon wrapped chicken breasts

I saw this recipe on Facebook and it sure looks tempting. I think I'll test it sometime soon.

Bacon Wrapped Smoked Gouda Stuffed Chicken Breasts

    Ingredients
    1. 4 boneless chicken breasts
    2. 4 slices bacon
    3. 3 -4 ounces smoked gouda cheese
    4. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
    5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    6. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    Directions:
Combine, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
Flatten chicken breasts to approx 1/4" thickness.
Season both sides of chicken with the cayenne mixture.
Place small piece (s) of cheese on chicken and roll up, pressing firmly.
Wrap each stuffed breast with a bacon slice and then brown over medium heat until bacon just begins to crisp.
Bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes.

How do you keep that on the hook, and will the cats bite it if you don't serve wine with it?

I fixed the chicken yesterday for two other couples and my wife and I. Everyone liked it but I did alter it a little. I added salt.

    Thanks DA

You're right, it does look like it needs some salt. I'm fixing this real soon. I had trouble locating the Gouda cheese at my local market but finally found it up in the fresh produce section(?).
