Any help would be greatly appreciated
Normally this time of year they are in spawning mode. That means the really large ones are going to be hole up in holes in the bank. A lot of those holes are marked all be it surriptitiously, by marks on the bank. A small live bluegill or other live bait will often tempt the larger ones to nibble. Ledges and other rock outcroppings are also good places to look for them. You will likely see some boys out wrestling them on most days this time of year.
Thanks brother
