does anyone have a good recipe for home made catfish bait i want to take my little boy cat fishing and want to catch alot of fish to get him interested im fishing lake on a boat any info

Chicken livers work great, strawberry chicken (chicken soaked in strawberry jelletin for a day or two), and cut bait works good as well.

Live Bluegill and also cut Skipjack or Shad also will do the trick
If your local shop carry's live leechs they are tough to beat also.

Do a search for their dip bait. Easy to use and very effective. I buy their dip worms then change the treble hook for a 5/0 Eagle Claw circle hook. Works very well.

Cut shad or skipjack or shrimp. Everything else is just more work than neccessary.
