    Headed down to nolin thursday, friday and sat. Go down every year stay at the fishing camps on moondadeer I quess that is how you spell it. Go down with some retired guys. We fish from shore for blue gill and crappie no boats. how is the pan fish bite from that area, and how is the overflow.

    I was there Satuday morning and picked up an ultra light and a rooster tail when the bass stopped biting. Caught some nice red ear. They seemed to be tight on the bank around chunk rock. May have been spawning.

    I think what you caught were what we call Punkin Seeds or Sunfish almost positive Nolin has no Red Ear, there are some Big Black Gills in here though.
