Aside from castration or tying the brother's junk to the bumper of a Buick and driving away real quick...I really don't know the solution to this one. Start by paying a set amount for one kid, and then
much less for subsequent kids...there has to be some incentive or
motivation to have fewer kids. As it is now, the "parent" with the most kids wins...while it's the kids that lose...

I had to make that decision back in 1983 with the birth of my second son. At that time it was three children in the house. Could we have more children and have some semblance of a stable life? We both kinda wanted more children and probably could have afforded one more but we stopped.

That won't work. Some of them will come out of that room pregnant again. I wonder how he would handle babysitting all of those kids at the same time, locked in a room for 24 hours, with no help, no diapers, no tv and cell phone.
