Man I just got tagged for my ATV that I purchased 3 years ago in Tenn. Now I have to pay 6% on the cost of the ATV. Whatever, if I owe it I'll pay it but she did educate me on how folks buy electronics online and at times don't pay the sales tax during the purchase and Kentucky is due that money. KRS 139.330 says so.
They get ya coming and going! They call it Usage tax if you didn't pay the sales tax either way you are gonna pay...er uh if ya get caught.
