fishing etiquette

I was fishing for crappie with a couple of buddys and had a guy on a kayak drove between me and the bank, he had the whole lake but had to go in front of us, and then said hows the fishing, WTF. we were wacking them untill he went by.

I have been just about run over on the water, cut off while fishing, waited for inexperienced boaters putting in at the ramps, waited for ignorant boaters at the ramp, dealt with jet skiers and pleasure boaters and just found alot of rude folks on the water.
Never had to fight one of them (close before) and I don't intend on pulling my gun. If anyone thinks pulling a gun is an option they are crazy. Defending yourself is one thing starting an encounter with a gun is another. Be wise fellas its just fishing.
