I have a club tournament on Barren June2. I plan to go pre-fish next week. I cannot find any recent reports on Barren. Does anyone have advice for me on what teh current conditions are and what to try.

First off good luck on your tournament secondly i fish barren 3+ times a week got third in a tournament last weekend with 15.32 pounds We caught em on topwater early around docks with one going almost 5 pounds but the majority of our bag was on shakey head with 10.5 ZOOM Ol'Monster worms any color will work. 7/16 heads that i have custom made. I would concentrate on deep water for sure and if your familiar with the road bed between the state park and the 31 e bridge id get there quick as possible and youll catch plenty of fish bridges and deep structure will be your best bets
UnfortuntelyI know that Issy. But our tournament director set teh day and ramp. Oh yeah...same ramp too.
Tubeflipper...thanks for the advice. That is pretty much what I had planned tho I was going to use a carolina rig. I do know where that road bed is and had it marked already on my gps.
