P-line CXX Hi-Vis Fluorescent will work. Suffix also makes one. There are not as many choices as some might believe.
No line that is good for blacklights is going to handle very well.... I've used Stren in the past, it was okay.

Ive been using this line under Black Light for a while and it works well for me.
Suffix elite, clear blue 14lb is the best night mono . Very good stength and shows up really well. I made a mistake last year and told a fellow tourney angler about it after had complained of breakin off some good fish that night. He now uses it religiously and has beat my butt now on numerous occasions.
IF you like fluro berkley makes a flurocarbon that is fluorescent. I have used for a couple of years and have had good luck with it. I use the 15 pound test.
Trilene XL, Clear/Blue Fluorescent been, using it for many years, 10lb for spinning, 17lb for baitcaster......JMO
