trailer brake trouble

gentleman i need sum advise, i parked my boat got out and unhooked everything i thought,jacked it up and got back in my truck and pulled out and a sudden jerk,i got out and forgot to unhook my breakaway cable and broke it,now my brakes are locked up.any advise on what i can do to free the brakes on my stupid mistake.

I'm not sure if this is the same brand as your breakaway actuator, but I'm sure most are all relatively close in how they operate.
