Wondering about the tailwater below herrington lake...

Been fishing there for quite a few years but recently it seems that there is hardly ANY flow. Went up to base of dam a few months ago and the old waterfall to the right of the dam was not even flowing.

Went this past weekend, and you could just about wade across the "rapids" they were so low.

Anybody know what's going on? Did they do something to the dam or something?

Just wondered if the trout would survive when it gets real hot this summer.

Anybody else notice this or am I crazy?
