    Fresh Water Fishing

I am headed down to Seacrest Beach Fl at the end of the month and was wanting to see if there are some places I can bass fish that are pretty close. I will not have a boat as it is a family vacation. Thanks Ryan.

    Ryan,
When I lived in Orlando and worked on the coast I would catch the crap out of bass in the freshwater canals in Melbourne area. Redshad works and rattletraps is what i always used.

Heck your not gonna be far from Jetty Park while your down there and thats a cool place to go and fish. Sure it's saltwater but a few bucks will get you setup with hooks and sinkers. We have caught mackerel, snook, grunts, sailors choice and sharks at jetty park. You will stay busy with some squid or shrimp on the line.

Even better is Sebastian Inlet!! That was the best place for us but it's been awhile since I have been there. Good luck!
