USA BASSIN KY-10 Guist Creek starts Sunday!

Just a reminder that the first tournament for the KY-10 Guist Creek Division begins this Sunday, March 18th. Several members went ahead and prepaid for their $25 memberships, but there will be membership forms available at registration for those that didn't get a chance to send it in early. Entry fees are $50 per boat, plus an optional $10 Big Bass Pot for those interested. We are also offering a Big Bass Pot of the Year and consent forms must be signed at the first tournament for those who plan on entering. The 2012 Spring Division schedule is as follows:

All tournaments will begin at safe light and times may be adjusted due to tentative scheduling. Also, registration will open an HOUR AND A HALF before take off time and end approximately 30 minutes before takeoff. Please be early if you plan on fishing.

Tournament #1 for KY-10 Guist Creek is in the books. We had 20 boats show up for our first tournament and the fishing was pretty tough due to the heavy rain/storms that we had a few days before. I would like to thank everyone that participated again and we hope to see you in a couple of weeks at our next tournament on April 1st.

Tournament #3 for KY-10 Guist Creek had 16 boats show up, despite the cold front with dropping temperatures and 15-20mph wind that lasted the entire day. It made for a pretty cold day on the water. I would like to thank everyone that participated again and we hope to see you in a few weeks at our next tournament on May 20th.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, the 2012 KY-10 Guist Creek Spring Division is in the books. Our last tournament was a great day on the water. We had 15 boats show up with 13 of those boats weighing in fish. Here are the results from our final tournament that took place on 6/10/12:

1st Place and Big Bass: Adam Mattingly & James Wathen -- 12.43 lbs and a 5.05 lb Big Bass
2nd Place: Mark King & Keith Powell -- 10.48 lbs
