Trust me I'm not much on drunks I just thought it was funny. I don't drink anything other than a beer here and there but I could see this being a very funny thing at a party.

I must admit it IS funny.....but I'd be more pissed off so to speak if I saw some drunk SOB using that at thunder, or anywhere else they try to limit alcohol.

Funny as hell, and if someone wants to sneak it in somewhere, that's their business, as long as they're not acting like idiots. But given the way that thing works, if you SEE someone using it, chances are he's acting like an idiot.
