How about Manslaughter. This woman was PAID to perform a job. Two kids died while she was doing her job.

She deserves a prison sentence......and charges of at least manslaughter........

I'm thinking she's getting off light because her own granddaughter was one of the kids that drowned. You see that a lot. Sometimes parents whose gross negligence caused their own kids' deaths won't even be charged. The thinking is that the loss of the child is punishment enough. But even if they did charge her with manslaughter, since there was no criminal intent on her part, it would still be a misdemeanor.
