    Yamaha problem help!

I have a 175 HPDI. My main relay is clicking but only when my navigation switch is on. It sounds like it is kicking in and out. It doesn't click any other time. When I pull the fuse next to it that says engine control unit-ignition coil-electric fuel pump it stops. Everything else works. This is strange. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks

Have you checked the battery cables to ensure they are tight? Also, if using wing nuts, either use pliers to tighten them good or replace them with locking nuts. This sounds like an issue that could be caused by a bad or loose connection.

The battery itself might be going south too. Have it checked before you pay a visit to your mechanic.
