I don't give a RIP what Romney thinks. If he thinks it's a penalty versus a tax, fine....he's WRONG. I will still vote for him because I think he is a better choice. Remember he was NOT my first choice.Interesting take, but it seems to ignore one important fact: Romney disagrees with the ruling that the penalty is a tax. As one of his senior advisers, Eric Fehmstrom said, "The governor believes that what we put in place in Massachusetts was a penalty and he disagrees with the court's ruling that the mandate was a tax." Which makes it difficult for him to make much political hay out of this particular tax increase. IMHO, the similarities between ObamaCare and what Romney instituted in Massachusetts are going to be a big chink in his armor on this issue.

I don't like Nobama, I don't like Romney either...all I know is I want Nobama out of office for sure. He's already showed me what he's made of. Romney might not be much better, but I already know the damage Nobama has caused...he just needs to move on, seriously. But...(there's always a but), I think the minority vote is going to be a hard one to beat, not only in the November election this year, but in all election years to come.
The sad thing (on top of all other sad things about him) is we gotta keep on handing money over to him the rest of his life...
