I got it! Goverment pays 75% of doctors tuition costs paid to become a doctor, and doctor agrees to no charge the living snot out of us. One the other hand, I've seen labor bills from car dealerships that have made my dentist envious.
Wait, make all doctors civil servants.....no the doctors would complain because they'd lose too much vacation time.

If the doctors quit, I think I know where we can find four Indian Medicine Men. If anyone prefers you can go to N'Awleans and see a Voodoo doctor. lol
