how can this be? all the bashing the President takes for such a bad Economy, and now the states are reporting big surplus funds. here are a few states close to home with SURPLUS FUNDS. Indiana has a surplus of 2.15 BILLION yes BILLION. and Tennessee reported a surplus of 194 MILLION , and yes Ky has a surplus as well 124 million. can you believe this and with the economy in such a bad shape. has this been on FOX news?

What is the cost of maintenance on State roads, buildings, Autos and all other properties? I am here to tell you that 124 mil is not as much as one might think. How many cuts has the state of ky made in order to come up with the 124 mil. Are state employees going to get a pay raise and if so will it meet the cost of living? It has not in the past few years. What do you want FOX to report? That states are cutting everything and everyone they can so some folks can call it a surplus?
