Hey.....I cannot believe this........the ENTIRE story has been changed. This is NOT what I posted a link to. The quote above is old had and would have not generated my interest.

Rather, the story was about a 95 yr old woman, who worked in the the Hawaii office responsible for the birth certificate. She described a process that was used to MANUALLY categorize and codify the certificates, based on the individual hospitals that generated the originating documents.

It was a compelling piece. I'm going to use google cache to see if I can find it...........because THIS STINKS.
