Well i have been visiting wood creek the past 3 weekends and i do like the lake compared to laurel as they are less boat traffic and not having to worry about getting blown off the water by pleasure boaters.But i am still trying to figure the lake out.we have always caught fish the past 3 outings around 15-20 each trip but no real quality.Biggest being a little over 2 pound smallmouth i caught .
i have started fishing the two coves in front of the boat ramp the past few trips as i usually went down toward the dam to deeper water .Just curious how everyone else was doing at the lake and if any tips could be shared.As i will share all my info .all caught mostly on plastics and on sunday or monday throughout the day
one of the better ones i have caught so far up at the lake
But i catch a Ton of fish this size also lol
