Was there on Sunday, 7/29. It was tough! We did manage to get 6 bass, but 3 were under 10 inches. One was 14" and 2 were 13". I believe they may have tried to kill the weeds which could be causing problems.

Kincaid Lake Sludge Issues Discussed Fish and Wildlife, Elected Officials
This notice is to advise those interested in exploring options for dealing with the sludge build up in our Kincaid Lake, especially the upper end, that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 7:00 PM-9:00 PM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) at the Kincaid Park Multi- Purpose Building. The purpose of this meeting is to explore and discuss options for dealing with this sludge issue. Our partners from Kentucky Fish and Wildlife will be attending along with key state and local elected officials. Again, anyone wishing to comment or offer ideas are invited to attend this important meeting.
it will be interesting to see what comes out of this meeting. It has been a problem for years and something needs to be done.
Maybe some sort of dredging in upper end.
