Water is low, But the bait fish are in a surplus. 3-9" shad. One cast can fill up a 5 gallon bucket. The fish are feeding on them up by the dam. Catfish, perch, carp, and garr were all active. Not very many people were there supriseingly.

Did you notice if any whites, hybrids, or stripers were in the jumps?

None of those were there. Water is pretty low. Asian carp are in the jumps. That was all i saw. Didnt see any one catching them either.

Went this morning and whites and stripers were in the jumps. Got there at 8 and they were jumping till i left at 1030. Caught 1 decent white and 6 small stripers. By small i mean fry. My 1/4 ouce white rooster tail was bigger than some of the fish. Also caught 1 smallmouth and 1 largemouth. Both too small to keep. Saw two guys smashing some cats right up next to the ****. Almost all the jumps i saw were right by and in the big eddy just below the museum. Would love to get a boat to get out in the channel and try someMore!
