Ryan’s proposed budget, approved by almost all House Republicans, is also an exercise in fanaticism.

That budget harms the poor and rewards the rich, but does little or nothing to reduce the federal budget deficit. Over 60 percent of its spending cuts come out of programs for lower-income Americans. Its tax cuts for the rich reduce revenues by $4.6 trillion over the decade while saving the typical millionaire hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

Did you even read the article behind the link? Mostly it affirms high poverty levels and the absolutely massive increase in government assistance since President Obama took office.

The article has nothing to do with the Democrat taking point drivel you're posting. Your comments about Ryan's budget are straight out of Harry Reid's playbook.

More of the outright Democrat lies and hypocrisy. The evil Republicans want to poison your water and air, they want to throw the poor and elderly in the street, they want to grind the little man underfoot, and kill everyone except the rich. Are that many Americans stupid enough to believe their garbage? I know I sure am sick of it.

They can't stand on Mr. Obama's abysmal failure in virtually every measurable category, so the with the exception of FOX, the media helps them crank up the BS to deafening levels.

Why on God's green earth would Paul Ryan want to hurt the poor? You haven't read his budget, you've simply guzzled a couple gallons of Dimocrat kool aide and started harkin' it up like a spoiled biscuit right here on this blog.

We will all feel the pain if we don't start using some common sense. Taxes=my 87 yr old father and my 83 yr old mother still working to pay for the property taxes. My dad can hardly walk now and should be in a wheel chair. My mom passes out at work and could loose her job because of her health, but she says she needs to keep working to pay her taxes. Yes taxes are great for everyone. A tax is a tax is a tax. It's punishment.

This country would be much better for it if those who govern quit using the term "spending cuts" when in truth it doesn't apply. In almost all cases when you hear this term there are no actual cuts, just someone proposing cutting the rate of increase of the money being spent on something.

Only in crazy politician speech can spending more money on something still be called a "spending cut". It is all about deceiving the uniformed and scaring people in order to create outrage with the hopes of generating votes.
